Online bill pay to begin Friday, 10/01/10
On Monday, August 9, 2010 the Board of Directors approved the new online bill pay option for all District customers. This payment option will allow customers the opportunity to make an electronic online payment using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. All approved online payments will be posted to the customer account the same business day.

Demonstration Water Conservation Garden

Valley County Water District will soon begin construction of a Demonstration Water Conservation Garden at the District Offices located at 14521 Ramona Boulevard. The garden will consist of various types and styles of low water use plants and garden materials. The garden will show homeowners how low water use plants can provide a beautiful and colorful landscape.

Water reserve levels have dropped. Valley County Water District along
with The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California continue to
encourage all customers and residents to continue any and all water
