Requesting New Utility Service Installation

Valley County Water District offers new utility service installation services. Here is what is required to request the service:

• Complete the Application for New Utility Service Installation (PDF).
• Pay the required non-refundable Utility Service Application Fee.
• Receive the Construction Estimate and amount of the New Service Installation Deposit for the requested new utility service installations (within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the request).
• Pay the required refundable New Service Installation Deposit as a deposit held against the actual cost of construction.
• Pay the required non-refundable Water System Access Fee.
