Customer Service
The Customer Service Division provides and maintains services for customer and public relations, utility billing and payment processing, water conservation, metering, field service response and inspection, and information systems.
Work Plan:
Implement improvements that support the Division’s goal of being a courteous, efficient and responsive service organization, focusing on the areas of communication, training, information maintenance and tracking, adding services that improve customer accessibility and convenience.
Maintain the ten (10) year meter change out program schedule.
Expand the water conservation program to provide public awareness of reasonable and beneficial use.
Work in cooperation with Administration and Water Quality to develop and promote a comprehensive public education program on issues of water awareness, water conservation.
Implement improvements to warehouse operations to better maintain stock, track inventory, monitor purchases and deliveries, and perform monthly audits.
