Regular Meetings

The members of the Board of Directors schedule regular public meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:30 PM. Agendas for regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be posted to this site with a minimum of 72 hours notice. All meetings are open to the public and attendance is encouraged and welcomed. The members of the Board of Directors hold their regular meetings at the following location, unless otherwise noticed:

Administrative Committee Meetings

The Administrative Committee is responsible for discussing, developing, and reviewing changes in the policies, rules, regulations, and administrative functions of Valley County Water District. Based on the discussions, the Administrative Committee may make recommendations to the Board of Directors for consideration. Meetings are scheduled and posted to this site when called by the Chairperson.

Finance & Capital Improvements Committee Meetings

The Finance & Capital Improvements Committee is responsible for discussing and reviewing items related to the District's budget, water rates, capital improvements, and general financial position. Based on the discussions, the Finance Committee may make recommendations to the Board of Directors for consideration. Meetings are scheduled and posted to this site when called by the Chairperson.

Public Affairs & Education Committee Meetings

The Public Affairs & Education Committee is responsible for discussing, developing, and reviewing community outreach programs, school educational programs, water conservation messages, the annual newsletter, and the consumer confidence report. Based on the discussions, the Public Affairs & Education Committee may make recommendations to the Board of Directors for consideration. Meetings are scheduled and posted to this site when called by the Chairperson.
